High Temperature Alloy

High-temperature alloy is an iron-, nickel-, and cobalt-based metal material that can work for a long time under a high temperature of 600 ° C and a certain stress. With a single austenite structure, high-temperature alloy features good structural stability and reliability at various temperatures. CERM's high-temperature alloys are characterized by high temperature strength, excellent resistance to oxidation, corrosion, wear & fatigue as well as strong fracture toughness and other comprehensive properties.

Due to its complex and harsh working environment, the superficial surface integrity of the high temperature alloy plays a very important role in its performance. However, as a typical difficult-to-machine material, high temperature alloy often has a poor surface and causes severe damages to cutting tools during machining process due to its high hardness in micro-strengthening phrase, severe machining hardening, high shear stress, low thermal conductivity as well as strong cutting force and high cutting temperature of the cutting area. Having solved the above processing difficulties of high temperature alloys, CERM is able to provide customers with high temperature alloy master alloys, and also directly produce rods, pipes, plates, strips, wire and wire and various special-shaped products of different specifications and sizes to meet different requirements of various applications.

CERM possesses a full range of production processes, such as, casting metallurgy, crystalline metallurgy, powder metallurgy, solid solution strengthening and precipitation strengthening, supplemented by forging, hot rolling, and cold drawing, etc., which are adopted selectively for the manufacturing of high quality high temperature alloy products of all kinds based on the material properties and specific applications. Besides the global accepted Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy and Haynes series, CERM has also developed its own brand series and special high-temperature alloys requested by customers.

CERM’s high temperature alloys are of excellent performance in all technical indicators, and thus are widely applied to aerospace, energy, chemical, automotive, machinery, nuclear and other fields.
